Courtesy of JD2B, Max Power has a good, although not that surprising, post with thoughts on interviewing from the other side of the desk. Max's tips, in shorthand:

1. Be likeable
2. Know your resume
3. Know the firm and why you want to work there
4. Have a plausible geographical story

Seems reasonable enough.
