We had a guest lecturer in a class today, talking about having worked on the Clean Air Interstate Rules (CAIR) for the Bush administration. The first name proposed, he said, was the Interstate Rules on Air Quality, but that it wouldn't really look good for the acronym to be... IRAQ. I thought that was pretty funny.
